March 20, 2018Well, the Squirrel trial mix worked, and I am now mixing videos for them on a regular basis!
Those videos are mostly new product videos, or instructional/course videos on new techniques. So it might not interest the non skydiving-fan part of the audience :), but the visuals are still awesome in my opinion!
The challenge in these videos are the quality of the vocal recording. The camera man is doing a great job, but the recording often take place on the drop-zones, or airport, resulting in a lot of wind, background noises such as planes or trucks passing by. These guys travel a lot, and some of the vocal recordings are made just with an iPhone sometimes, so it takes a bit of work to make the audio clean and as rich as possible.
